M. SURYA NARAYANA RAJU, our distinguished MANAGING PARTNER, is a luminary in the corporate landscape, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. His academic journey commenced with the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E.) from the prestigious Department of Chemical Engineering & Technology at Punjab University, Chandigarh, in the year 1985. Early in his career, he honed his skills at "OSWAL AGRO MILLS", where he contributed for one and a half years before embarking on a trajectory that would establish him as a leader in the field.

In 1987, M. Surya Narayana Raju joined "SIRIS LTD" as a Project Engineer, where he undertook and successfully executed numerous challenging projects. His achievements included the manufacturing of Sodium Methoxide from caustic soda flakes, Acetanilide flakes, and other intermediates crucial for drug manufacturing. His proficiency and dedication led to an eight-year tenure at "SIRIS LTD", where he ascended to the position of GENERAL MANAGER.

Subsequently, in 1995, he assumed the role of GENERAL MANAGER at "EVEREST ORGANICS LTD", where he demonstrated his prowess by overseeing the entire spectrum of unit operations. From the erection of the plant to commissioning all units and stabilizing commercial production of pharmaceuticals such as Omeprazole, Ciprofloxacin, and Enrofloxacin, M. Surya Narayana Raju's leadership played a pivotal role in the company's success.

Fearlessly embracing challenges, he took on the task of acquiring the distressed unit, "SREEKARA ORGANICS", located in IDA, Bollaram. Under his astute leadership, the unit successfully recovered piperazine, pyridine, and drug intermediates from spent solvents, maintaining its health until 2002.

In a strategic shift, M. Surya Narayana Raju redirected his focus to the real estate industry, investing his entire capital in land banking. His foray into construction began in 2010 when he joined "DHYANISH CONSTRUCTIONS" as a partner. Leading the charge, he successfully completed two residential apartment ventures, "DHYANISH VILLA" in Western Hills, KPHB (25,000 Sq.ft.), and "DHYANISH LAKEFRONT" in Madinaguda (150,000 Sq.ft.) by 2010.

Undeterred by challenges, he founded “VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS”, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit. The first project under this banner, "VASU SRI RESIDENCY", involved the acquisition of 1807 Sq. Yds in Sun City, Bandlaguda Jagir, resulting in the construction of 50,000 Sq.ft. of residential apartments, successfully completed in 2019. M. Surya Narayana Raju's visionary leadership continues to shape the trajectory of our organization in the real estate industry.

U.V. KIRAN RAJU, our esteemed EXECUTIVE PARTNER, is a distinguished professional with a rich academic background. He graduated from MNR College, affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad, in 2004. Following this, he pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St Francis PG College(affiliated with Osmania University) in 2006. Demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning, he also completed a comprehensive Interior Designing course.

Embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2007, U.V. Kiran Raju founded "INFOLINK INTERIORS" and successfully executed numerous projects, establishing a reputation for excellence. His ability to foster strong client relationships led to widespread acclaim from satisfied customers.

Recognizing the potential for broader impact, U.V. Kiran Raju strategically transitioned from Interior Designing to the dynamic realms of "REAL ESTATE" and "CONSTRUCTION". In 2010, he aligned forces with "DHYANISH CONSTRUCTIONS", collaborating with Mr. M. Surya Narayana Raju. Taking charge of all operations within the company, he played a pivotal role in the success of the "DHYANISH LAKEFRONT" project. Despite facing challenges, his unwavering dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction ensured the project's triumphant completion.

In 2016, U.V. Kiran Raju, along with Mr. M. Surya Narayana Raju, co-founded "VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS". As an Executive Partner, he continues to be actively involved in overseeing the execution of projects, as well as managing procurement and sales. His leadership and hands-on approach exemplify the firm's commitment to excellence.
